the Art of suffering well

“Being able to enjoy happiness doesn’t require that we have zero suffering. In fact, the art of happiness is also the art of suffering well” (Nhat Hanh, 2014).

In coaching, you will learn “the art of suffering.” How to utilize suffering (hardship, resistance) in a way that increases your capacity. How suffering and resistance are not bad. How they alchemize doubt and sorrow into greater strength, personal empowerment, and increased agency—the ability to make choices from your deepest desires, regardless of circumstance. Suffering is not in the way; it can become the way to greater compassion, happiness, and power. In coaching, I teach you how to use it as such.

Warmly,
Christina Judd, MSW
