Avid reader and writer, mom of three, wife. I long for the outdoors more than the in, decadent chocolate, and seeing the world through others’ eyes. I am ever practicing everything I share with my clients in my own life—it repeatedly proves transformational.
I have spent many years in human service work. My background is in Early Childhood/Specialized Education, Spanish Education, ESL, and film photography. I am an artist and educator at heart, and that same curiosity, artistry, and intuition creates an ease and belonging that flows throughout session.
One of my greatest joys is witnessing my clients' clarity increase, their hearts soften, and their souls expand.

My Approach
I once needed help but was too afraid to ask. I was unaware of the emotional peace and healing that would be available to me once I did. My office is a refuge, a place of tenderness and honesty; everything needed to uncover the most wounded parts of ourselves and heal.
