Your initial consultation sets the foundation for our work together. We map our your relationship dynamics and clarify your desired outcomes.
Individual & Couples Therapy (50 Minutes) — $165
Standard weekly or bi-weekly ongoing sessions dedicated to deepening self-confidence and self-regulation, practicing exposure and response prevention (ERP), improving honesty and communication, and making steady progress toward your goals.
Your initial COnsultation sets the foundation for our work together. We map our your relationship dynamics and clarify your desired outcomes.
Family Therapy (60 Minutes) — $185
Standard weekly or bi-weekly ongoing sessions dedicated to improving dynamic communication, navigating conflict and major life transitions, establishing healthy boundaries, and fostering deeper trust, empathy, and resilience within the family unit.
Extended Deep-Dive Session (90 Minutes) — $260
Designed for couples or individuals looking to accelerate progress, work through complex relational dynamics, or allow extra space to soften walls without feeling rushed.
To protect your privacy and keep you in the driver's seat of your own and your loved ones' treatment, I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement. Please note that this process is entirely between you and your insurance provider, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) detailing the expected costs of your mental health care before receiving services. At Hearts as Gold Psychotherapy, every self-pay or uninsured client receives a clear, upfront breakdown of session fees upon scheduling so there are no financial surprises. This estimate includes all standard fees associated with your planned care.
